Standard Shipping: All orders over £100 are eligible for our free standard delivery service, which aim to deliver within 1-3 working days. Orders under £100 can enjoy our same great service for just £2.99.

Any orders placed after 12pm using our standard delivery service please allow up to 3 working days to receive your product. In case you anticipate that you will not be home during the delivery attempt, rest assured that the carrier will make every effort to ensure successful delivery by:

• Delivering to a Neighbor: If you have a trusted neighbor who can accept the package on your behalf, the carrier will attempt to deliver to them.
• Safe Place: If you have a designated safe place on your property where the package can be left securely, please let the carrier know.

Any orders with a delivery address at a pack station or PO box are unable to be delivered by our couriers. Doing so will automatically cancel your order, so please ensure you use a business or residential address on your order. 

Deliveries can only be made to a ground floor location and therefore any further transport to another locality will be the responsibility of the customer
